These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Traveler") and Trippin with Tasha LLC ("Company"). By booking a trip or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Booking & Payments
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to secure your spot on any trip. This deposit is applied toward the total trip cost.
Payment Plans
Trippin with Tasha offers the following payment options:
- Pay in Full
- Monthly
- Bi-weekly
Final Payment
Full payment must be received no later than 60 days prior to the departure date. Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
By Traveler
Cancellation fees are based on the date we receive written notification of your cancellation.
- Cancellation 90+ days prior to departure: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit
- Cancellation 60–89 days prior to departure: 50% refund of total trip cost
- Cancellation less than 60 days prior to departure: No refund
By Trippin with Tasha
In the rare event that we must cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to Trippin with Tasha, including the deposit. However, we are not responsible for any expenses incurred by travelers in preparation for the trip (e.g., non-refundable airline tickets, visa fees, etc.).
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Appropriate travel insurance can help protect your investment in case of unexpected events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Trippin with Tasha can provide recommendations for travel insurance providers, but it is the traveler's responsibility to purchase insurance and understand the coverage provided.
Responsibility & Liability
Trippin with Tasha acts as an agent for the various hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and other service providers used in the trips. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising out of any cause beyond our control.
By booking a trip with Trippin with Tasha, travelers acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to hold Trippin with Tasha harmless for any such occurrences.

All travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper documentation required for their trip, including valid passports and any necessary visas. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date of your trip.
Travelers are responsible for assessing their own health and fitness level to determine if they are physically able to participate in the planned activities. Trippin with Tasha is not responsible for providing medical care or advice.
While we strive to follow our published itineraries, Trippin with Tasha reserves the right to modify trip itineraries, including accommodations, activities, and other arrangements, due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
By participating in our trips, travelers grant Trippin with Tasha permission to use photographs or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials, without compensation.
